North Axiom Capital is a private equity and M&A firm with an operating and technology model built around active ownership. We invest in established businesses and combine capital, senior operators and applied technology to modernise, strengthen and scale them.
Two ways to work with us
One operating capability, delivered in two ways. We either invest directly in a business and apply the model as an owner, or we are appointed to deliver a defined operating and technology mandate within an organisation we do not own.
Private Equity
We invest in established businesses where active ownership, operating improvement and technology can create material long-term value. We start with what already makes the business valuable: its customers, management, people, products, capabilities and economics.
We then strengthen the operating model, modernise systems and data, and apply AI, automation and robotics where the economics support them. The objective is stronger growth, productivity, margin, cash generation and capacity to scale.
